Great Healthy Soup I Made

I made this and am eating it right now. Even had some yesterday for breakfast! It is plain and simple and I am loving it!

oil (measure 2 T)
garlic (3 cloves and 1 little one)
onion 1/2 large
carrots – baby – 6?
celery – 5 stalks with tops?
soften with lid then few minutes without lid so onion sort of starts to brown
add 1 quart Field Day veg broth
salt
black pep
1 box frozen spinach, thawed in microwave and squeezed dry
rosemary
sage
red lentils – 1 1/2 cups? 2 cups?

You know, cook til starts to boil, then simmer with lid askew for like a couple of hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
Yum!
