Write the name or a brief description of someone or something that you always feel good about.
Then: What do I like about you?
Why do I love you so much?
What are your positive aspects?
Weight Watchers
-I’m almost sure I’ve done this one before but it’s fine
What do I like about you?
You are there,
You are affordable.
You are science-based.
I know people who’ve done wonderfully with you!
Including in oa.
There are meetings so convenient to me!
I have been to many since last summer. And I can think of right now, withoug looking, so many that i like! I like:
Sunday morning
Monday evening
Wednesday morning
Friday evening
Saturday morning
Saturday afternoon
And – there is another place, also near enough, that I also like! Wow!
There own products – which you do NOT have to buy – are removing chemicals now. (I don’t touch most of them because palm oil, and not vegan anyway, but some)
The receptionists are nice.
The scales are accurate.
The other people are nice.
Particularly at my “regular” meetings, we are quite friendly. Have formed a community.
The room is comfortable. Heat, a/c, chair, decor…
The price is perfectly doable for me.
The app!
The app has a bar code scanner for all foods with a bar code! SO helpful and convenient.
And 24/7 chat (which I’ve used a few times)
And Connect, which is like fb for ww.
And articles
And food lists
And much more.
I don’t, but you can track on it also.
It comes WITH the monthly pass.
Why do I love you so much?
I meet people.
Have had somewhere here even.
You saved me when I was so lonely.
You have good bathrooms.
The leader on Sunday near me!
Cheerful.
Hopeful.
Pleasant.
I’m eating a lot, eating well, and losing weight.
I don’t go to bed hungry.
I cook mostly once a week.
I eat veggies
And fruits.
The deep breath I just took thinking about you. Thank you.
I can have some “goodies” (that do not set me off) and still lose weight.
*We now are so open and honest at meetings. It’s not all “cruise/ party, fun… weight.” People admit and the program acknowledges what *I’ve* always had: nighttime eating, lonely eating, angry eating, avoidance eating, depressive eating…
They address mindfulness!
And gratitude!
And walking outside!
And sleep!
And hobbies/fun!
SO well-rounded now.
And HEALTHY eating (not the “diet-coke-cake”mentality anymore!)
*I* am even of service there! Yay:)
I crochet there.
*I* no longer go to criticize and judge and not incorporate.
My oa sponsor accepts. And does. Ahh
What are your positive aspects?
You have come further than ever before.
In HEALTH.
In EMOTIONS.
The meetings aren’t disappointingly short anymore.
They sell things like teas, and measuring things, cookbooks, not all foods.
Even veg cookbooks wow!
You can skip weigh-ins as much as feel need/want to.
They look to celebrate.
And to help when you need.
It’s kind of a level playing field.
We inspire each other.
You get a weekly little booklet now! I LOVE that!
Something like over 200 zero-point foods!
Including vegan proteins like lentils, beans, chickpeas, tofu.
I am eating more veg now
and fruit
I can DO this
The weekly extra points!
It IS enough food.
I am not too shy to speak there!
You talk about things like steps in a day and growing older with more ease and flexibility
REGULAR though – not like super-stars and I can’t meet it.
Thank You Thank You Thank You!
