Positive Aspects # 60 Oct 30

Write the name or a brief description of someone or something that you always feel good about.
Then: What do I like about you?
Why do I love you so much?
What are your positive aspects?

My supermarket (again – it doesn’t matter if I’ve done before – or not)
What do I like about you?
You’re only about a mile away
You have house-brand organics
A nice amount of organic produce
You sell some vegan yogurts
I can get through a week of health shopping just there
I sometimes get nice flowers there
For 4.99!
The people who work there are helpful
You are recently redone and so pretty
and clean
Some vegan proteins
Whole grains
Hummus
Nice layout
A convenient bathroom (not like before, downstairs warehouse type)

Why do I love you so much?
I can get health there.
I don’t have to buy sugary things or wheat-heavy things (like white)
I don’t have to go to the health food store
You have all the paper products I need. Yes, I like the recycled from hfs but you’ll do fine too.
I have shopped there in every iteration you’ve had. With Ji, my mother, J… and all the names/ownerships. Decades.
Lots of dried and canned beans
Frozen veggies
Basil.
Guacamole.
Pretty good prices.
I think I can spend very little the next 3 weeks or so! Yay!

What are your positive aspects?
No heavy sales techniques (I mean people talking type stuff)
Sales.
Organic peanut butter no palm oil!
Organic crackers no palm oil! (Although I might not be buying crackers anymore… But I’m so glad they have!)
Non-dairy ice cream and milks (again – I don’t need, but am happy they have!)
You even carry lentil pasta!
You gave free turkeys (big! frozen) for anyone who spent over a hundred dollars. (I don’t eat turkey, of course, but it was a nice thing they did)
You hold many memories for me. Ex, the different stages of my mother’s life – and how much more money I have for food now than I used to
I can shop there and cook, or not cook! (salads, soups, sandwiches)
You have fresh organic greens
You have Amy’s vegan canned soups
You have ingreds fresh and organic for soups
It makes me think of things like lentil soup, “stone” soup, “refrigerator” soup…
I feel better – and good-food-choice better – just thinking of you.
St took me there when I was so injured ❤
You even sell the Imagine brand non-chicken broth!
I’m picturing things like celery, carrots, onion. This is good…

I am so grateful
