So starting this now, from that youtube posted a little while ago:

How happy am I?
I am mostly happy. I like myself now, and my house and my fam and my friends and my job (attitude!) and my decision and actions to eat better and my health coach and my PT and my hobbies and my piano and my sleep and hope…

How happy can I be?
Infinitely. I believe this yes. There are no real limits.

How good can I feel?
I can feel wonderful most all the time.

What’s the best feeling thought that I can find right now?
Right now I can find – hmmm – let’s see:
I love my health
and
during first coffee today, while no tv, but doing the youtube Hicks I just posted, I already started to feel so good! Energetic and positive and not overwhelmed about the things! Like work, dr, PT today… even taxes, J… Yay!
And am eating veg prot. bake now! Cause THAT’S what I’m – inspired – to do! And it feels good.
And I am DETERMINED to give those kids a GREAT day today!
and to NOT get wrapped up in any drama of other adults!
And to ENJOY! I have only 5 months left in my life for teaching. I now insist that I will enjoy it! (Not just for the later impact but for the day. I have invested most of my adult life into teaching, and I now deliberately choose to enjoy these months, no matter what is going on there.

What’s working in my life?
So much!I have health, and doctors anyway, and friends and home and job and cleaning lady and family! I can drive and have a car, I can play piano and have a piano I love, J is in my life, and Jo, A, L, Tr, MT, O, St, D, M…

What’s working out?
So much! My retirement plans, my relationships, my health, my weight, my daily habits, meditation, cooking, sleep, hobbies…

What do I remember that felt good?
Sweet safe routines of clothes and bedtimes and meals with fam. And school and homework and neatness. Skating and swimming and dancing and cheerleading and walking walking walking at the mall and in nature. Dog off leash, marriage, hot tea at night.

What’s happening right now that feels good?
**I am out of time wow good though! And will do more later!

How general do I need to be?
You can always find something to feel good about.
making lists of positive aspects.

I counted my blessings. One. By one.

So – when I get up in the morning I decide: How is this day gonna feel? I’m gonna feel intuitive. I’m gonna feel inspired. And I’m gonna feel vital. And alive. And I’m gonna feel happy. And I’m gonna feel confident. And I’m gonna feel kind. And I’m gonna feel loving. And I’m gonna be at the top of my game. I’m gonna feel innovative. I’m gonna feel energized. I’m gonna feel invigorated. I’m gonna feel inspired but I’m going to feel inspired moment by moment. I’m gonna feel guided. I’m gonna feel worthy. I’m gonna feel deserving. I’m gonna feel deserving of all of the goodness that has been taught to me all of my life. I’m gonna feel deserving of that. And I’m gonna demonstrate my deservedness through my happiness. Yeah.

can be with idea of a relationship, memory of, that aspect of that and that of that relationship, which means holding it active in your vibration

Everything you want is vibrationally gathered – all the coperative components – in your vortex
ready to reveal itself to you
you are going to be the interpreter of it

there are interpretors all around ready to interpret the message to you
birds, humans, experiences, financial forces, ideas that flow to you
ONCE the vibration of your grid – your practiced day to day vibration – is closer to your vortex

and you’ve lived pieces of that
when you finally made the decision that you were gonna do something different, that was your grid filling in. that was you. having asked and asked and asked, getting the vortex going and going and going, and in a moment of little or no resistance, THAT determination came to you, and you knew what you were going to do.
Remember how clear you felt. In fact, you’re still feeling sort of clear about it because you’re wanting to convince us all of that turning point here and now
We like the word turning points. Turning points are often the grid filling in with an idea that you are now ready for. It’s not that the idea isn’t there. It’s that you’re not ready for the idea. Not because you don’t want it, because you do. It’s because you’re not ready for the idea because you’re not a vibrational match to the desire, you’re a vibrational match to the absence of the desire.

So you ready yourself for what’s in your vortex by feeling better. And you feel better by leaving out the things that don’t feel good and focusing on the things that do feel good.
So it is this simple. Take the handful of things that feel good, and just run ’em into the ground. (like good joke repeating over and over to everybody even same people) Because
it is so fun to get hold of something that feels good. That you can delight yourself and others with.
Well this is the same thing. Get a handful of those things that are delightful to you and just play the loop. Again and again and again and again and again. Let it be your basis of traction. Let something that delights you be the loop that you play, that keeps your grid in this high vibration so that what’s in your vortex can show up now and now and now and now and now. And do you know what happiness is? Happiness is being in that place where you’re the receiver of the right idea at the right time. Happiness is being in that place where something occurs to you at the most opportune moment. Happiness is being at the top of the stairs. You’re getting ready to walk down – you don’t know but hem caught – broader part knows and gives inspiration to take hold of railing so when go to move foot and can’t, you’re stable… Take this exit for no good reason – and miss traffic jam… All kinds of things like this are happening to you all day every day. But when you start deliberately beating the drum of things that feel happy, deliberately discerning, delieberately molding yourself into better and better feeling places, and those things happen, now you have conscious awareness of it.

“Coincidences” are cooperative components coming together.
So when you get clear-minded like you are, and you understand how far you’ve come and you have, and you understand how powerful your desire is and it is, and then you deliberately focus upon the strongest desire that you have, which you stated when you first sat down here: to be happy to be happy – meaning to be in alignment – meaning to be in control of my own thoughts – meaning to be in vibrational concert with the Source within in – meaning to be in vibrational concert with everything that I put into my vortex – meaning right here right now being in alignment so that I will be the interpreter the manifestor the realizor – of the best that could happen in this moment – that’s happiness this moment and this and this and this
NOT saving up for vaca – going to work all week doing what don’t want to get money to go – bec. then not happy cause haven’t been practicing happy at work. Not gonna be happy on that vacation if you’re not happy at work while earning the money to go on vacation – you know – get there and complain, “It’s too short.” “I don’t get to do this often enough.” “My flight was delayed.” “The weather wasn’t good.” In other words, you can’t get there from there.

You get to happy from happy.
“Well Abraham, that helps a lot:( So you’re telling me that if I get happy I’ll be happy. Let me write that down.
“And if I get rich, then I’ll be rich. I’ll write that down too.”
We’re saying you gotta find a little piece of it. And you gotta fan the flame of it. And you gotta not keep spittin the fire out with things that don’t matter.
And after a while, you’ll get that momentum going. And you’ll feel happiness not just sometime but you’ll be radiating it. And then, when someone says to you, “What are you doing?” the reason that they’re asking is because you’ve got what they want. Every single person that wants every single thing that they want, whether it’s a material object or a pile of money or a circumstance, an event, a relationship, everything that everyone wants, is because they believe that there is happiness in there. There is happiness. Right here right now if you’re in the right vibration. You know it. Haven’t you ever gotten into that zone, that frequency, where everywhere you turn, something good happened? Esther says that’s what it’s like hanging around with Barbara. She loves traveling with Barbara because it’s happy everywhere. They walk up to a very controlling very official official at the airport and she’s barking at everyone (gives example). E. thought harsh and unnecessary. Barbara who refuses to focus on anything unpleasant, missed it completely.  So when she got up there, she got a big smile; she got moved fast to the other line, in other words she’s treated like royalty. You attract by virtue of how you feel.

It’s SO worth contemplating:
How happy am I?
How happy can I be?
How good can I feel?
What’s the best feeling thought that I can find right now?
What’s working in my life?
What’s working out?
What do I remember that felt good?
What’s happening right now that feels good?
How general do I need to be?
You can always find something to feel good about.
And when you do, and when you make that your habit, then the actualization of it, the realization of it, the manifestation of it, is so pronounced in your experience that people will be flocking to you and saying, “What is your secret?” And you’ll say, “I’m happy.” And they’ll say, “I know that. I can see that. That’s why I’m asking you what your secret is.” And you’ll say, “No, I was happy before I was happy.” And they’ll say, “Well that doesn’t make any sense at all. And you’ll say, “Well I purged unhappy thoughts from my experience. By focusing on happy thoughts.”
“What do you mean?”
“Well, I didn’t exactly purge them. I just started emphasizing the happy thoughts.
I started making lists of positive aspects.
I counted my blessings. I learned that in church.
I counted my blessings. One. By one.
And the more I focused upon them, the more that vibration was mine. And the more that vibration was mine, the more Law of Attraction put me in the vicinity where I could realize it.
So life isn’t happening to me. Life is happening from me. I am emanating the signal to which all life is responding.

So – when I get up in the morning I decide: How is this day gonna feel? I’m gonna feel intuitive. I’m gonna feel inspired. And I’m gonna feel vital. And alive. And I’m gonna feel happy. And I’m gonna feel confident. And I’m gonna feel kind. And I’m gonna feel loving. And I’m gonna be at the top of my game. I’m gonna feel innovative. I’m gonna feel energized. Positive Aspects #94 Jan 30 2019

Changes
What do I like about you?
I’ve found myself thinking, “What is wrong?” when feeling perfectly fine – yesterday and today few times. Like, “Wait – what was that bad dream I just had before waking up?” Or, “Wait, what was just bothering me?” Or, “What’s wrong” when feeling FINE! GLAD to be finding these. And becoming aware that I’m fine. And stopping the looking for negative. And smiling/laughing to self, not hating self over it.
My house is in order now. Not always perfect, like sometimes few dishes in sink or d.r. has stuff out that I’m in the midst of doing or bed unmade but good and often perfect.
I got a cleaning lady.
And when she wasn’t good, I switched.
I got waterproofing done in the basement.
And pipes fixed etc.
I cook.
I take myself to PT 3 x a week.
I get to work every day and on time and gas in car and lunch with me etc
I manage – emergency room, got hit at light, body shop, rental…
I get help as needed – J ubers, Jo pick up car…
My friends – I’m not DEPENDENT. I LOVE not being dependent.
I do go out and have fun some.
I do all my work stuff by myself.
and doctors etc
I help others.

Why do I love you so much?
I made a promise to God, and I keep it: I look good every day.
I take better care of my body.
I like my home.
I use the outdoors now. Enjoy.
I went to England by myself! Planned it, paid for it, went. And ENJOYED!
I know I am capable. That day at the appliance store – when the veil was lifted… bought tvs.
Also washer, dryer… deal with the workers…
I don’t worry like I used to
I have something bigger to believe in – through Hicks – and practicing it is making me happier

What are your positive aspects?
It took hell to get me here, but I got here.
I am a person, a woman, an adult.
I pay my own bills. On time.
