***50 minutes piano 30 + 20 at least 30 in am. DID some piano don’t know how much but good

***ww points and not more! hint: use the 5 weeklies a day every day.

***Because I’m off from work, also 20 French! DID more than 20 lost track did great!

***30 exercise – OR MORE. So, if not raining, walk. PLUS Monday, Wed, Thurs, Sat. PT at home. DID

***Meditate 5 – 15 minutes with guided meditation. DID

***30 reading Hicks
