A task and meditation each day

Today’s TASK part of the day:
In your notebook or electronic app, make a list of 50 people who have influenced your life and have contributed to your growth and development. They can be living or departed, and you do not have to know them personally.
The list must contain at least 50 names. It can be more than 50 people, but not less!
Reflect briefly on each person. Remember the best things about them, and what they bring or brought into your life. How have you changed for the better because of them?

Move calmly and thoughtfully through this task, and trust in the process!

last one summer 20 was bef. pandemic/ also will help miracle working on/ will contribute to bucket list possibilities…

what if
how HE feels about me were not an issues at ALL

and whether ANYONE wants me were not

what would i be doing

i now know I don’t like how I FEEL after eating like crap
so i want to not do that anymore
def stay vegan
more whole real foods
no junk even ww or other like that. should not need snacks.
it. has. never. helped.
and. it. has. hurt.

so i would be eating well
and reading
cleaning and doing laundry and cooking and sending for groceries
a little French and piano and jigsaw puzzles and exercise
daily walks
zoom meetings
phone calls
OUTSIDE TIME! ALL I CAN GET! – as long as feels good – which it always has! every time!

if things are still this way in the fall and even winter, then LOTS piano and French and jigsaw and exercise
and physically distant visits

Apparently used a lot in India as follows:

Journal Feb 10 2020 eyes and health…

Went to eye dr for checkup as retinologist hadn’t seen my eyes without cataracts
Pressure great!
Vision great!
2 small things found, about which retinologist said: You shouldn’t even think about worrying. I expect you to see well for the rest of your life. – I was clearly worried – She then said, If you finish with your whole list of worries, and then global warming,
and then do the whole list again, THEN maybe you can start to think about it”
I came home and googled. Think will be okay. But…

So now:
i just had real-food lunch including leafy greens
i am on way to the gym
i will meditate
